Actors/Actresses need to be:
1. Essential: Hong Kong-based and confident at prose reading, with good vocal projection
2. Essential: Willing to work for the admiration of the crowd
3. Essential: Able to rehearse autonomously/on their own
4. Desirable: Good at doing accents other than their own
